  • Testing in Kenya

    Students in Kenya must register by mail through Frise Holdings in Nairobi.

    Frise Holdings will distribute SAT Paper Registration Guides and forms, process all test registrations, collect fees in local currency and coordinate with Kenya test centers. Due to test security concerns, standby registration and test center changes on test day are not permitted in Kenya.

  • Testing in Benin, Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria or Togo

    Due to test security concerns, online registration, telephone re-registration, test center changes and standby registration are not permitted in Benin, Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria or Togo.

    To test in Benin, Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria, or Togo, you must submit your paper registration with payment made to "The College Board" by a check drawn on a U.S. bank, U.S. Postal Service money order, international money order, UNESCO coupon, or a bank draft. No credit cards are accepted. Completed registration forms and appropriate payment should be mailed to:

    Students from Nigeria may choose to register for the SAT through a representative.

  • Testing in India and Pakistan

    The Sunday testing and testing closer to home options are not available in India and Pakistan. You will be charged a security fee for testing in Pakistan or India.

  • Notice for testing in Hong Kong

    Please do not contact the test center. Except for test day, the facility is used by others who have no connection with SAT testing and who cannot answer your questions. You can find more information on the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority website.

• Locate an International Representative

  • International representatives (a.k.a. international service providers) are agents that provide a number of services for test registrants in their home countries. Some of these services include SAT registration, test center recruitment and management, in-language customer service and fee collection.

    To register through an SAT representative:

    1. Complete the paper registration form and enclose it in the international return envelope provided with the SAT Paper Registration Guide.
    2. Submit your paper registration with full payment by the early registration deadline.
